We've gathered cocktail and mocktail recipes that you can create using some of our favourite flavours from Three Cents!

Caribbean Mule

• 50ml Spiced Rum

• 100ml Three Cents Ginger Beer

• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

How to:

Add the Spiced Rum over cubed ice in a tall glass, add bitters to your liking, and top up with Three Cents Ginger Beer. Garnish with a freshly squeezed lime wedge.

Raspberry Mule

• 10ml Monin Raspberry syrup

• 15ml lime juice

• Top up with Three Cents Ginger Beer

How to:

Build all the ingredients and ice in a tall glass. Top up with Three Cents Ginger Beer and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Origin of the Caribbean Mule

The "Mule" cocktail family started almost a century ago with the Moscow Mule, a mix of vodka and ginger beer. Since then lots of twists have emerged, making "Mules" an essential part of every bar's cocktail program.

The popularity of Ginger root and spices in Caribbean cuisine along with rum's obvious popularity in the region, makes this combination a classic twist for every rum lover. Try Three Cents Ginger Beer in a Caribbean Mule or a virgin Raspberry Mule!

Sir Collins

• 40ml London Dry Gin

• 10ml Yellow Chartreuse

• 100ml Three Cents Mandarin & Beramot Soda

How to:

In a tall glass add London Dry Gin and Yellow Chartreuse over cubed ice and gently top up with Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot soda. Garnish with an aromatic coriander spring.

Bergamot Cooler

• 10ml Bergamot syrup

• 15ml lemon juice

• Top up with Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot soda

How to:

Build all the ingredients and ice in a tall glass. Top up with Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot soda and garnish with dehydrated bergamot.

Origin of the Sir Collins

The Collins is probably the cocktail with the most variations compared to any other. Most commonly made with gin, this cocktail from the 19th century is another example of how soda water changed the cocktail world as it evolved from its predecessor, the Sour. Three Cents pay homage to Sir Collins by creating a new classic with this unique soda.

Fizzy Colada

• 40ml White Rum

• 15ml Coconut Liqueur

• 5ml fresh lime juice

• 120ml Three Cents Pineapple Soda

How to:

In a tall glass filled with ice add te White Rum, the Coconut Liqueur, and the lime juice, and carefully top up with Three Cents Pineapple Soda. Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple.

Virgin Colada

• 10ml Monin Coconut syrup

• 15ml lime juice

• Top up with Three Cents Pineapple soda

Build all the ingredients and ice in a tall glass. Top up with Three Cents Pineapple Soda and garnish with a slice of pineapple.

Origin of the Fizzy Colada

Maybe the most famous cocktail in the world and probably the most beloved by customers. Piña Colada, as we know it today, was created around the 1950s to 1960s and three bartenders contest the ownership of the well-known cocktail recipe. Nevertheless, Piña Colada is an all-time classic; many variations have spawned. This recipe transforms the drink into a long drink version.
