Green Tea Yuzu Spritz

Why not try the fusion between iced tea and spritz for a delightful moment? Enhance your senses with a sweet and sour Green Tea Yuzu Spritz!

Ingredients

• 20ml Monin Yuzu Purée

• 10ml Monin Green Tea concentrate

• 30ml verjus

• Three Cents Plain Soda

How to:

In a balloon glass with ice, pour Yuzu purée, green tea concentrate, and the verjus. Stir and top up with soda water. Garnish with dried citrus wedge and flower. Serve and enjoy.
