Cocktails on tap
Cocktails on tap are popping up on bar menus across the world, and the appeal is easy to understand. Having your cocktails on tap ensures consistency in every drink regardless of who is working.
Pros
The concept is great not only for the operator but for the customer as well!
Your bar will be able to faster serve up high volumes of cocktails that are consistent in their quality. Since time = money, this is great for your bottom line. Not only that, but it's also more sustainable since it creates less package waste.
For the happy customer, this means that they get their cocktails faster, with a consistent taste, and at a better price! Win, win, win.
