Caipirinha Jabuticaba

Pronounced "Kai-Pur-Een-Ya", a beloved Brazilian cocktail that's a true delight for your taste buds. This classic is crafted by muddling limes with sugar and then adding cachaça and ice. But, we've added a unique twist to the traditional recipe with our latest addition from MONIN: the Jabuticaba purée.

Ingredients

• 30ml Monin Jabuticaba purée

• 60ml Cachaça

• 1/2 lime in dices

• Glass: Flashback DOF

How to:

Muddle lime and Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba into a rocks glass. Fill up with ice and add cachaça. Stir well. Add more crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve!
