Whiskey Sour
The original Big Three of cocktails: spirit, citrus and sugar - create the classic sour, one of the oldest types of cocktails. Whiskey Sour is a part of the category and became incredibly popular during the Prohibition era, a popularity that has lasted until today.
Ingredients
• 15ml MONIN Cane Sugar syrup
• 60ml Bourbon
• 20ml lemon juice
• Dash of aromatic bitters
• Glass: Modern America DOF
How to:
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with drops of aromatic bitter.
