Sir Collins

Most commonly made with gin, the Collins might be one of the cocktails that has the most variations. A popular cocktail from the 19th century, and a great example on how soda water changed the cocktail world – evolving drinks from the Sour.

This version is made with Mandarin and Bergamot soda, unleashing the citrus notes of the Mediterranean! If you want to make a Mexican twist, muddle the coriander in the glass and use tequila instead of gin.
