Japan Spritz
A spritz-style cocktail built around floral and herbal tones.
At the base is Junmai sake – a sake brewed using only rice, water and kōji. Known for its rounded, umami-forward character, it pairs naturally with lighter flavours. Here, it's combined with MONIN Elderflower and Mojito Mint syrups, plus a touch of fresh lime. Topped with ginger ale and served over ice, and finished with a slice of lime and edible flower.


Ingredients
• 10ml Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 10ml Monin Elderflower syrup
• 40ml Junmai Sake
• 20ml Monin Lime Rantcho
• 5 mint leaves
• 100ml ginger ale
How to:
Muddle the mint leaves with Monin syrups in the shaker tin. Add ice and all ingredients except ginger ale in the shaker. Shake and double strain in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish and serve.
