Queen's Park Swizzle

Ingredients
• 50ml aged rum
• 20ml lime juice
• 20ml Monin Cane Sugar Syrup
• 10ml Monin Ginger Concentrate
• 5-6 dashes aromatic bitters (to float)
How to
Lightly muddle a few fresh mint leaves in a highball glass. Add all ingredients, except the bitters, to the glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well to combine. Top up with more crushed ice and float the aromatic bitters on top. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
