Strawberry Nojito
As April rolls in, we get a bit more sunshine and a tease of summer warmth. What's a better way to welcome it than with a simple strawberry mojito mocktail? It's easy to whip up, mixing sweet strawberries with fresh mint. It's just perfect for looking forward to those summer days.
Ingredients
• 20ml Le Fruit de Monin Strawberry
• 10ml Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 4 lime cubes
• 8 mint leaves
• Top with Three Cents Two Cents Plain soda
How to:
Muddle lime cubes and mint leaves in a chilled glass. Add 1,5 pumps of Monin Strawberry purée, one pump of Monin Mojito Mint syrup, crushed ice, and top with soda water. Stir, garnish with a lime wheel and mint spring, and serve!
