Rhubarb Paloma

Combining pink grapefruit, lime and rhubarb, this Paloma-inspired serve brings together tart, citrusy notes with a subtle fruit edge.

The drink is made using Monin Rhubarb Syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice and Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda – a balanced and flavourful base suitable for both non-alcoholic versions and other adaptations.

Ingredients

• 50ml Tequila Blanco

• 10ml Lime juice

• 10ml Monin Rhubarb Syrup

• 100ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda

• Salt rim

How to:

Build in a highball glass with plenty of ice. Rim the glass with salt before pouring. Stir gently and serve with a grapefruit wedge or rhubarb ribbon, if desired.
