Mango Green Tea Pisco Sour
Pisco is the national spirit of both Peru and Chile, and the Pisco Sour is the iconic cocktail of both countries. Pisco mixes well with almost any flavour, but especially tropical fruit – so no wonder there are so many versions of the cocktail.
In celebration of World Pisco Sour Day (the first Saturday of February), here is a recipe of a twist with Mango and Green tea.
Ingredients
• 20ml Monin Green Tea Concentrate
• 15ml Le Fruit de Monin Mango
• 45ml Pisco
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 20ml egg white
• Glass: Rona Cocktail
How to:
Shake all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish the foam with aromatic bitters.
