Hugo Spritz
Hugo Spritz is made with Monin Elderflower Syrup, prosecco and soda water. The result is a light, floral drink with bubbles and a clean finish.
The elderflower brings soft sweetness, balanced by citrus and sparkle. It’s easy to mix and works well with a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves, depending on how you like to serve it.
Ingredients
• 20ml Le Sirop de Monin Elderflower
• 100ml Prosecco
• 50ml Three Cents Two Cents Plain
• Garnish: mint spring and lime or lemon wheel
