Espresso Fizz

Looking for New Year's cocktails that are worth staying up for? Try this delicious Espresso Fizz! Just as delicious as a non-alcoholic option too!

Ingredients

• 30ml espresso

• 20ml Monin Coffee syrup

• 50ml vodka

• Three Cents Sparkling Lemonade

• Garnish: Lemon zest

• Glass: Onis Speakeasy Fizz

How to:

Shake all the ingredients with ice, and strain into a glass. Top up with ice-cold Sparkling Lemonade.

To make it non-alcoholic:

Remove the vodka.
