Amaretto Sour Zero

Ingredients

• 50ml Amaretto Adriatico Zero

• 15ml Monin Cane Sugar syrup

• 30ml lemon juice

• 15ml Fancy Foamer

• Glass: KUPA the Swinger

• Non-alcohol Angostura bitters

How to

Dry-shake all the ingredients, then shake with ice and strain into a coupette glass. Drop a few dashes of Angostura Bitters on the foam.
