Pre-batch Mojito

Mixing Mojitos in advance is an easy way to save time when making several drinks. It helps keep the flavour consistent and means less last-minute prep.

The base can be made ahead and kept chilled. Just add soda water and fresh mint when it’s time to serve.

One liter (12 cocktails)

• 25cl Le Sirop de Monin Mojito Mint

• 25cl Le Concentré de Monin Lime Rantcho

• 50cl Rum

• Fresh mint

For one glass:

Add 8 leaves of fresh mint in a tumbler. Fill the glass with crushed ice and 8 cl of Mojito premix. Stir, and add more crushed ice. Top with sparkling water, garnish and serve.

Ensure your premix is well-chilled for the best taste.

Garnish generously

Fresh mint and lime enhance the flavour and presentation.
